The default setting for receiving contract documents in EVO Insurance is now electronic only. Your clients will now be able to access their policy more quickly, securely and with no waiting, directly in their My Client Space.

The paper contract summary is added as a document delivery preference in EVO at the time of issue and is available at all times after issue in the Advisor Centre and the My Client Space. This option is available only for modernized products:
- Access Life
- Transition
- Term life insurance
- Whole life insurance
The contract remains accessible at all times in electronic format for both you and your clients. To learn more, refer to this section in the digital guide.

- Provides a clear, simplified and quick overview of key information, without having to read through the entire policy
What you need to know
- The paper contract is free of charge for the time being.
- Starting in 2027, a fee will apply for the printout of a paper contract.
