This is a long-awaited improvement: electronic signatures are now available in EVO for modernized products:
- Access Life
- Transition
- Term life insurance
- Whole life insurance
After submitting the application, you will receive a notification in the Business Tracker prompting you to upload the business resolution.

Improved signature process in Advisor Centre
Have you made a change that requires the client’s signature, or is there an amendment that needs to be signed? Great news! You can now update the email address, phone number or security questions during the signature process, directly in Advisor Centre, without having to make a phone call or send an email.
