Requests made using the former version won't be processed. --- **Main improvements** - Sections have been redesigned and reorganized to improve flow - Transition critical illness policies now have their own section - All instructions and clarifications are grouped together in the left-hand column, as in the savings forms --- Note that the sole purpose of this update is to simplify the use of the form. Processing times and transaction requirements remain the same. For any technical issues, the Help Desk remains your resource.
