With the arrival of the new year, we wish to remind you of the importance of respecting the Market Conduct Standards Code implemented by iA Financial Group and which sets out the guiding principles for intermediaries with regards to the distribution of iA’s financial products and services, including those related to the fair treatment of customers.

Refresh your memory by consulting the [Code](https://iaa.secureweb.inalco.com/cw/-/media/documents-repository/individual-insurance-savings-and-retirement/common/2019/06/dev013341.pdf?__hstc=244443866.c66494296a38e9ecaebe26a67405de36.1624636952986.1673625687545.1673629836171.288&__hssc=244443866.3.1673629836171&__hsfp=3739055711) in the Advisor Centre.

**Market Conduct Standards Code**

The objective of the Code is to establish iA's expectations towards its intermediaries with regards to the distribution of iA's financial products and services.

iA expects therefore each intermediary authorized to distribute its products and services to be familiar with the Code and adopt its principles.

Where applicable, iA also expects that the Code be immediately distributed and respected within the intermediary's organization.
