As of April 1, 2026, the medical second opinion service offered free of charge with critical illness insurance is now provided by Novus Health, a Canadian provider specializing in medical navigation and support.
This change, which replaces the previous Mediguide offering, provides a more comprehensive level of support for your clients who hold an inforce Transition product, critical illness rider, Cancer Guard insurance or Child Life & Health Duo.
