1. When submitting an online death claim, beneficiaries will be offered access to Empathy’s services for a period of two years.

2. From the very first steps, users will automatically be invited to connect with an iA financial advisor for support with the financial aspects.

3. If they accept, you will receive an email prompting you to contact them quickly.

Get to know the service and integrate it into your approach using the web page, training and FAQ
Present it to your clients with sensitivity and confidence using a ready‑to‑send email
Invite beneficiaries to use Empathy through email, as well as a beneficiary brochure to provide during a paper claim
