New riders offered for iA PAR!

December 6, 2021

iA Financial Group now offers your clients the opportunity to enhance their iA Participating Life Insurance (iA PAR) coverage with the addition of Critical Illness, Critical Illness — Child and Disability Credit riders.

These riders are available via our EVO sales platform for both versions of the product: iA PAR Estate and iA PAR Wealth, which launched in October!

Both versions of the Critical Illness rider are available (25 illnesses and 4 illnesses) and include a tax-free lump sum payment to beneficiaries so they can meet their financial commitments and keep up with ongoing expenses as well as those incurred due to the illness. The lump sum payment can even be used to pay the iA PAR premium to keep the policy in place despite a lack of income.

The Critical Illness — Child rider provides tax-free financial assistance from $2,000 to $20,000 per child, so that parents of a child diagnosed with a critical illness can stay by their child’s side. This rider includes the 25 most common illnesses as well as 6 juvenile illnesses.

With the Disability Credit rider, your clients can protect their lifestyles in the event of a disability, with a tax-free monthly benefit from $300 to $3,500 to continue paying off their mortgage or other consumer loans.

Go to the updated EVO version now to access all these new options.

You can also enhance your clients’ iA PAR coverage with a selection of riders and additional benefits for this product:
