Over the next few weeks, in mulitple rollout phases, your clients will be invited to update their login credentials to simplify access to our various client spaces (Individual, Group, Wealth Management and/or Investia).
Action required on the part of your clients
When signing into any of their iA client spaces, they will be prompted to update their unique identifiers, so that they have a single:
- Username
- Password
👉 No action is required on your part.
👉 This will be a one-time action on the part of clients and will then allow them to access all their iA client spaces and products using the same username and password.
