Starting August 25, underwriting events related to policy change requests will be available in the Business Tracker within the Advisor Centre.

Say goodbye to paperwork and administrative red tape! Your requests are processed right away, compared to 7 to 14 days with paper forms. Enjoy a quick and seamless online experience to submit and modify your insurance contracts.

The electronic signature process has been optimized in EVO Insurance to provide you with an easier, faster and fully digital experience.

The default setting for receiving contract documents in EVO Insurance is now electronic only. Your clients will now be able to access their policy more quickly, securely and with no waiting, directly in their My Client Space.

Now you can work on a single shared file in real time with your colleagues.

Over the next few weeks, in mulitple rollout phases, your clients will be invited to update their login credentials to simplify access to our various client spaces (Individual, Group, Wealth Management and/or Investia).

Moving season is here! Make sure your clients’ address is still correct or update it in just a few clicks in your Advisor Centre.

T10 term life insurance can now be converted to Pick-A-Term T20 or T30 up to 7 years after policy issue! 

Since new term and whole life insurance sales have been fully integrated into the modernized experience, you can complete more than 20 self-service transactions directly in the Advisor Centre, just like Access Life and Transition.

As of March 30, the modernized contract delivery experience will be available for new term and whole life insurance sales (already in place for Access Life and Transition).
