Everybody's excellent work over the last few months made it possible for us to close the year with exceptional results in individual insurance, savings and retirement.
These results are particularly impressive given that 2020 was a year of unprecedented upheaval. Above all, we owe this success to our entire sales force, who have shown a remarkable ability to adapt.
