Assure&go | Finalizing the harmonization of your sales experience

Good news! The work being done to harmonize Assure&go is almost done!

Notice of unavailability of the Assure&go system

The Assure&go platform will be unavailable intermittently from Saturday, January 30, at 6:00 am to Sunday, January 31, at 9:00 pm. This unavailability will make it possible to deploy the updates needed to complete the harmonization work.

Starting February 1, you will all have access to the Assure&go platform via the Advisor Centre. Please note that more information will be send toward the end of the January.


Changes coming into effect on January 29

Access to the Assure&go demo site

Some members of your team had access to the Assure&go demo site. To comply with best business practices, we must remove access to this site. To give them access to Assure&go, you must delegate access to your Assure&go account via the secure Advisor Centre.       

Do you use it for training purposes?

Changes coming into effect on February 1

Access to Assure&go

You will be able to access Assure&go from the Advisor Centre, under the “Tools and applications” tab. Also, the Assure&go home page has been reviewed to harmonize it with the corporate colours.

Important: The direct link to the Assure&go platform will remain functional.

Signing into Assure&go

You no longer need to remember multiple access codes. Your access code and password for Assure&go will be the same as for the Advisor Centre. Easy, fast and secure!

Important: Your old Assure&go sign-in information will no longer be functional regardless of whether you sign in via the Advisor Centre or using the direct link.

Assure&go delegation

You will have to give access to or withdraw access to your Assure&go account from members of your team via the Advisor Centre.
