The Client Consent Contact Centre (4C), established when Bill 25 came into force, will cease to operate as of November 10. We invite you to follow these guidelines if you receive any questions about the application of this law:

For its part, the Self-Service Portal will remain available until December 14th for clients who wish to withdraw their consent using the identification code received during the privacy awareness campaign.
Therefore, if a client asks you for support, you can guide them to modify their consent in My Client Space or refer them to our customer service.
