As of November 24, the electronic signature process in EVO New Issue will be simplified. As soon as the client signs, the transaction will be automatically confirmed and forwarded for processing. No further action or follow-up will be required on your part.
This change will reduce the number of steps for you and speed up transaction processing, providing a smoother experience for both you and your client.
What's new?

Simplified steps for your documents
Documents and forms to be attached will now be uploaded in a new section placed before the summary called “Required documents”. This section will also be used to display transfer forms to be printed. This will allow you to prepare everything in a single step before moving on to the electronic signature.
What you need to do before November 23
Finalize your pending signatures now to avoid any interruptions and facilitate the transition to the new process. Note that your in-force contracts will not be affected by this change.
