Good news! Starting December 11, your clients will be able to contribute to their FHSA in the HISA. Those who contribute by December 31, 2023, will be able to benefit from a tax deduction for 2023.

There are several possibilities for transfers between FHSAs and other savings plans. The following transfers are possible from December 11, 2023 and March 11, 2024:

Note: Before requesting the transfer, open your contract in EVO Savings.

Otherwise, it is preferable for your clients who wish to open an FHSA to do so in 2023. This way, they can secure their contribution room for the year and contribute up to $16,000 in 2024.

All investment options (segregated funds, GIFs, etc.) and investment instructions will be available starting March 11, 2024.

To guarantee processing within year-end deadlines, transactions must be submitted and/or approved by the following dates:

Exceptionally, FHSA tax slips for 2023 deposits will be produced exclusively in paper form and will not be available in My Client Space.
