Reminder: If you are concerned about a rate reduction of a GIF of less than $1M, you can use the Interest Rate Guarantee Agreement form (F50-238A) to guarantee, for a period of 60 days, the interest rate of the day. This agreement is irrevocable; the interest rate guaranteed at signing will prevail over the interest rate in effect, for the amount indicated on the form.
