Good news! The updates of several forms will allow better processing times.
Addition of COVID-19 related questions
All official forms now include underwriting questions with respect to COVID-19, notably the paramedical form (medical exam report), the declaration of insurability form for Universal Loan Insurance and Superior Program products (F30-210A) and the F1A and F3A application forms.
As the information was already provided from the start, these forms can now be completed in real time with the client. No questionnaire or additional telephone interview will be requested in this regard.
Please note that the paramedical form will be released within a few weeks in order to allow our partners, Dynacare and ExamOne, to deplete their inventory.
