To enhance your experience, we've made two major improvements to the IT Helpdesk.
Chat option
The new live chat feature lets you get answers to your questions in real time. You are also able to keep transcripts of your conversations for future reference, as required.
In the Advisor Centre, simply click on Need help?, then on the Chat button at the bottom right of the page.
Call-back option
To avoid waiting on the phone and to maximize your time during busy periods at the IT Help Desk, you can now use the call-back option.
Instead of waiting in line, leave your name and telephone number and an agent will call you back as soon as one becomes available. You'll keep your position in the telephone queue, but you won't have to wait - you can use this time to do other things.
