Take advantage of your more frequent communications with clients during the RRSP campaign to advise them of the importance of updating their contact information in My Client Space.
A lot of clients have subscribed to our electronic services without adding an email address in My Client Space. Help enhance their experience by encouraging them to update their contact information so they can be notified as soon as their statements or documents become available!
Obtain the list of your clients without an email on file
From the My clients tab in your Advisor Centre:
- Click on the picture at the bottom of the screen (Individual Savings – Obtain your clients’ investment data)
- Select Clients without email address on file
The list of your clients with an invalid postal address is also available.
Add or change an email in 3 steps
- Login to My Client Space
- Click on this icon:
- Click on Personal information, then add an email address, a postal address or any other information
