Did you know that many clients have not added an email address in My Client Space even though they receive some of their documents from iA electronically?
- Email is intended to inform them promptly when their statements or other documents are available in My Client Space.
Clients without email address on file - How to get your personalized list
- From the My Clients tab in your Advisor Centre, click on Individual Savings - in the Individual Savings – Obtain your clients’ investment data bottom left corner of the screen, then select Clients without email address on file.

How to guide your clients to add their email in My Client Space
Your clients will be able to proceed on their own. Now is the best time for them to update their contact information. Just a few clicks and it's done!

- Click on this icon:
- Click on Personal Information, then add an email address.
