We would like to inform you that during the month of April, your clients may notice some visual changes on the My Client Space login page.
No action is required on your part.

- Your clients will still be able to log in using their access code (now called the username) and password as usual.
- The changes will not affect how they view their products once logged into My Client Space, or any other aspect of the online experience.
Please note that these changes apply to My Client Space only. Similar changes will be made to the Advisor Centre login page in 2022. We will let you know in advance.
How will your clients be informed?
Starting December 21, a news item will be posted in My Client Space to inform them of the upcoming changes. A short message will also be posted in a banner on the modified login page to reassure them that the visual changes are normal.
