To help you better understand the self-service transactions you can perform in the Advisor Centre, we have created a new tab named Digital Guide, which lists all the changes you can make to your current insurance applications and policies.   

Currently, the page displays the transactions available for the majority of Access Life applications and policies sold since April 2024. It will be gradually updated, and we will add other insurance products as they are integrated into the modernized interface. 

 

What is the modernized experience? 

It’s an enhanced interface in the Advisor Centre that allows you to instantly make changes to your current applications and policies. You’ll be able to: 

  • Save time by completing transactions in real time, instead of waiting 7 to 14 days via E-change or paper forms. 
  • Reduce the risk of errors and back-and-forth with our administrative teams. 
  • Focus on your client meetings and business development.
