iA Financial Group is strengthening its commitment to environmental sustainability and continuing its digital shift. During 2025, gradually, correspondence (statements, communications, and confirmations of transactions) will become exclusively available in your My Client Space or via the iA Mobile app. By downloading the iA Mobile app now, you can manage your investments at your own pace and view your documents when it suits you.
Therefore, semi-annual statements as of June 30, 2025, will not be printed or mailed. They will only be available in My Client Space, via the iA Mobile app or in the Advisor Centre.
We recommend that you connect with your sales team for any questions related to this note.
In addition, clients for whom we have a valid email address will also receive an email informing them when their statement as at June 30, 2025 will be available in My Client Space and the iA Mobile app.
If you'd like to notify your clients for whom we do not have an email address, you can generate a list of your clients without email address on file. Here is how to do it:
