We are currently reviewing, updating and improving our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, in line with changes to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
Improved sales tools
As of September 18, you will need to obtain consent from clients and prospects regarding their personal information before proceeding with data collection.
We have adjusted your sales tools (EVO Insurance, EVO Savings and Assure&go) accordingly, by adding two short questions. These questions fit in perfectly with the current processes and in no way affect their fluidity.
Please note that once consent has been obtained, an email will be sent to clients confirming that we have recorded their personal information processing preferences.
