1. Illustration and application sharing
Work with your team on the same illustration or application using the File sharing functionality.
To do so, go to the My files section of the tool and click on the arrow corresponding to the file to be shared in the Actions column. Then, copy the sharing key that appears on the screen to send it to your colleague. Upon receipt of this key, your colleague can use the “Download a file” function on his or her computer, located in the upper right-hand corner of the My files in progress section in EVO, to open the file. Once the work has been completed, your colleague can then create a new sharing key and send it to you so you can access the most recent version of the illustration or application before proceeding to signature.
2. Electronic change requests
Make electronic changes directly in EVO for all your in-force contracts.
It’s quick and secure. Simply click on the “Make an e-change” button, which is available in the menu, enter the number for the contract for which a change is required, then select the type of change to be made. You can then send the request via EVO and monitor its progress in Business Tracker.
3. Critical illness premium comparison
In just one click, access all premiums associated with the different critical illness coverages available to your client.
Quickly compare the coverage rates for Transition 4 or 25 illnesses, term coverage, term decreasing to 50% or permanent coverage, and all terms and payment durations by clicking on the “Critical illness premium comparison tool” button in the EVO menu. By entering your client’s age, gender, and tobacco usage status, you will be able to see the premiums for the various coverage options available in order to adjust your recommendation based on your client’s budget. This function also allows you to see the costs associated with the addition of the Return of Premiums at Death and Flexible Return of Premiums riders.
