Two initiatives to speed up claim processing

To improve our clients’ experience and reduce claim processing times, we are introducing two initiatives that are simplifying our processes and enhancing our efficiency.  

1. Sending disability forms directly to clients

As soon as a disability insurance claim is opened, the initial forms are sent directly to the insured. This helps to: 

  • Quicken file opening by eliminating intermediate steps
  • Send the forms quickly
  • Simplify processing
  • Support clients from the very first contact, at a delicate moment 

Your role as an advisor is essential to explain the process, reassure clients, and encourage them to return the required documents promptly.

2. Direct deposit and critical illness benefits 

Direct deposit payment for critical illness benefits (iAQ and iAE) is now authorized up to $500,000.

  • Faster payments once the claim is payable
  • No more mailing delays
  • A simple, secure and reliable payment method
