To obtain your personalized list
Under the My clients tab in the Advisor Centre, click on the image at the bottom of the screen (Individual savings – Obtain your clients’ investment data), then select Clients with invalid postal address.
You will also find other lists to help you grow your business.
Guide your clients in updating their contact information in My Client Space
- Sign into My Client Space
- Click on the following icon:
- Click on Personal information, then change the address
