In addition to his new role as Chief Strategist and Senior Economist for iA Financial Group, Sébastien Mc Mahon will also serve as Vice President, asset allocation and Portfolio manager for our subsidiary iA Investment Management Inc. (iAIM).

A multi-dimensional role beneficial to advisors and clients
Sébastien Mc Mahon will have three main areas of focus:
- Macroeconomic research: Leading a rigorous macroeconomic research effort aimed at providing valuable top-down insights for the investment department, our advisors, and our clients.
- Portfolio management: Aiming to generate strong risk-adjusted returns for our clients using iAIM's unique institutional capabilities and asset allocation approach.
- Communication: As the company's exemplary ambassador for macroeconomics and financial markets, he will continue to act as iA's spokesperson for this area and will represent the asset allocation team and the investment department.
