iA Financial Group’s priority is to protect its clients’ personal information, both to ensure their privacy and best serve them.
To that end, we are reviewing, updating and improving our practices when it comes to the collection, use and disclosure of our clients’ personal information.
Awareness campaign for our existing clients
Between June 19 and August 31, 2023, all iA Financial Group clients will receive a communication (by email or letter1) explaining how we collect, use and disclose their personal information. This communication will also specify that no action is required on their part, except for those who wish to withdraw their consent. The instructions to do so will be included in the communication that they receive.
Various resources will be made available to answer any questions or requests for additional information from your clients.

You may eventually be contacted by clients regarding this awareness campaign. We are therefore counting on you to reassure and direct them, if necessary, toward the above resources.
