1. Claimant contact information posted in the event details
Identify who submitted the claim in the blink of an eye. When contacting that person, you will have access to his or her contact information and you will be better equipped to personalize your approach.
2. Access to the Benefits Summary in just one click
Click on the Benefits Summary to see the names of the beneficiaries and the details of amounts paid by iA. One summary is posted per beneficiary.
This option is available only when a benefit is paid. Depending on your usual process, use this information to enhance the human touch you already provide.
3. No more need to confirm handling of the claim within 48 hours
Going forward, a notice confirming that the claim was opened by our team is posted in the Business Tracker. It replaces the request for confirmation of the handling of the claim within 48 hours.
The advisor assigned to the file and the advisor who assisted the claimant (if someone else) are automatically informed in the Business Tracker. Seize this opportunity to offer the claimant assistance!
