Tracking is automated and faster.   **Enhancement of the Payable/Cash on delivery option** - Contract effective date automatically generated upon acceptance - Premiums withdrawn only upon contract acceptance - End of retroactive withdrawals and effective date change requests **The replacement process also goes digital** - Ability to use electronic signature (no need to complete form F1EA) - Faster processing and contract effective date - Secure electronic transmission of replacement notices with electronic signature and centralized requirements in the Business Tracker **Annual pre-authorized debit (PAD) now available as a payment method** Clients now have even more options: they can choose between monthly or annual (new) payments. Contracts can now be issued up to the **31st of the month** and clients can pay their premium at any time within 30 days of their policy’s monthly renewal date.    ### Multiple insureds: an improved journey in EVO As of March 30, 2026, new term life and whole life insurance sales will no longer allow adding multiple insureds on a single policy. Howver, clients will, continue to benefit from policy fee discounts. - One illustration, individual policies issued - Faster issuance, often instant - Elimination of dissociations, as each insured has their own policy - Easier multi-ownership to add coverage more efficiently   **Even more self-service transactions** You can now carry out more than 20 self-service transactions directly in your Advisor Centre!
