We wish to inform you that on October 2, changes will be made to the following investment accounts for our universal life insurance products:

These changes are being made in order to adequately meet investors’ needs.
Note
- The versions of EquiBuild and Genesis that are currently available for sale include accounts that will be closed and replaced.
- With respect to electronic and paper applications, these changes will take effect the next time the software and the form are updated. In the meantime, a communication will be sent to all new clients who chose any of these funds when their contract was issued.
Letters have been sent to affected clients and their advisors to inform them of the changes. In the absence of instructions from advisors or clients, the money will be transferred to the corresponding default replacement account (see above) effective October 2.
