To improve client and advisor experience when making a claim, we have updated the online life insurance form and added an information page before the critical illness form.
Our main goals with this were to:
- Speed up benefit payments
- Make the process easier
- Deliver an improved, faster overall experience
Life insurance – improving our online form
Our online life insurance claim form has been completely redesigned so to:
- Get the information you need for claim reviews faster. Some info in the form will now be mandatory
- Minimize the amount of back-and-forth with the claimant
- Rephrase some of the questions to get more specific answers
- Make navigation more intuitive and give the claimant more autonomy
- No longer request supporting documents and requirements when filling out the form. We prefer to first assess the claim and then request the right documents according to the situation
As an advisor, you can fill out the form for the claimant. However, we recommend that the beneficiary or liquidator follow up on the application.

Critical illness insurance – a brand new web page!
This introductory page, displayed prior to the form, provides information on the claims process and helps clients determine whether their condition is eligible for a claim. There’s also an FAQ providing answers to claimants' most common questions.
