To minimize the impact of this situation, iA Financial Group will be implementing workaround solutions. To minimize delays, we encourage you to invite your clients to sign up for direct deposit and pre-authorized debits, and to use our electronic solutions (e.g. EVO, EVO contribution).
Main workaround solutions
- Pre-authorized deposit and direct debit: Clients are asked to use direct deposit for contributions and to provide a check specimen for all other transactions.
- Purolator shipping services: To ensure the maintenance of critical transactions such as death claim checks.
- Electronic document delivery: We invite you to use the EVO platform for all eligible cases and to submit the rest of the requests by e-mail.
- Message in the interactive voice response, (at corporate level).
