Change of manager and name for two funds

As announced in iA CONNECTED in September, two funds have a new manager and name.

Affected clients: clients holding units of the Core Plus Bond (Wellington Square) Fund (FU556).

Client note:

Since September 4, 2024, Agile Investment Management managed the Core Plus Bond (Wellington Square) Fund and its name changed to the Core Plus Bond (Agile) Fund.

The investment objective and strategy stay the same. The details of this change are outlined in a rider to your Fund Facts, available in the Fund Facts section, on our website.

This change does not result in changes to the total value of your investments, the number of units and their unit value, the total management expense ratio (MER), the fundamental investment objective or the risk profile of the Fund. Finally, this change does not affect the contractual benefits, guarantees or maturity date of your contract.

Affected clients: clients holding units of the Floating Rate Income (Wellington Square) Fund (FU081).

Client note:

Since September 4, 2024, Loomis, Sayles & Company managed the Floating Rate Income (Wellington Square) Fund and its name changed to the Floating Rate Income (Loomis Sayles) Fund.
